Your Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative social media strategies that align with our marketing goals.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to optimize content and strategy.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure a cohesive brand message.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in social media, and propose new strategies based on those insights.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including creating ads, monitoring budgets, and optimizing performance.
- Analyze competitor social media strategies to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their audiences, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to produce high-quality content and engage audiences in a meaningful way.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
